New in 22.8.0
Military preparation can now use training-start and selection dates, reported running, swimming and loaded-walking capacity, and available session time. Training phases organize the build and final taper; recorded work and recovery govern increases. The Long Walk option identifies Delta Force preparation, and Navy preparation keeps swimming explicit. Missing swimming access or ability remains a visible preparation gap. These are independent physical-preparation templates, not official selection protocols or qualification guarantees. Existing plans stay undated until a member saves dates, and recorded workouts remain intact.
New in 22.7.0
Military preparation adds distinct Ranger School, Ranger Assessment and Selection Program (RASP), Navy Sea, Air and Land (SEAL) · Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S), Long Walk and Special Forces Assessment and Selection (SFAS) goals. Athlete training adds sport, position and event choices across ten sports. These original templates change training priorities and conditioning while respecting selected days, equipment, health limits and recovery.
Existing plans do not switch automatically. Save a current-plan change or create an active or potential plan when you choose. Recorded and in-progress sessions stay saved. Long Walk means general loaded-endurance preparation; no hidden selection course or qualification guarantee is claimed. Swimming needs a suitable supervised pool, and load carriage is scaled rather than simulated at selection loads.
Client schema 22 preserves the optional preparation target in active and saved plans. Older tabs must refresh before saving. No database migration, account reset or new agreement signature is required. This meaningful capability has a new introduction with the existing once-per-local-day limit; reading it stops reminders until another meaningful update. The defective exercise videos withdrawn in 22.6.1 remain withdrawn.
Corrected in 22.6.1
The detailed and older procedural exercise demonstrations were withdrawn after reports of distorted anatomy and unreliable movement. Written form cues and exercise reference links remain available. Historical release notes describe the withdrawn demonstrations as they were introduced, not as current approved instruction. Your saved plans, workout history and recorded results stay saved.
Updated in 22.6.0
All 101 workout demonstrations now use the detailed blue synthetic athlete inside the workout player. Each demonstration has movement specific to that exercise, including its equipment and grips, a camera angle chosen to clarify form, muscle effort and stability cues, natural synthetic narration and captions. Standing movements use portrait framing; floor movements use landscape framing to keep the whole exercise visible.
The animations use design assisted by artificial intelligence (AI) and verified Creative Commons Zero (CC0) public-domain base geometry. They do not use real-person footage or a native AI video model. The movement and highlights are educational illustrations, not measured muscle activity, individualized clinical advice or professional form certification.
This replaces the 101 demonstration videos without changing saved plans, exercise targets or workout history. Client schema 21 and the member agreement remain unchanged. The custom-plan announcement and its read preference are retained; this library update does not restart that introduction.
Corrected in 22.5.4
The lunge review preview now uses a more detailed blue synthetic 3D athlete, with AI-assisted appearance design and verified Creative Commons Zero (CC0) public-domain base geometry. No real-person footage is used. The same 24-second motion keeps its side form, front alignment and opposite-side views, with a complete left-leg repetition, standing reset and right-leg repetition.
Phase-specific amber highlights follow the working front thigh and glute. Teal cues mark light bracing and steady hips. Foot and knee callouts, gentle glute engagement during the rise, and updated natural synthetic narration and captions explain the movement. These are illustrative coaching cues, not measured muscle activation or professional form approval. This updates the review preview only; it does not replace the 101 workout demonstrations. Client schema 21, saved plans, recorded workouts and the member agreement remain unchanged. The custom-plan announcement and its read preference are retained.
Corrected in 22.5.3
The lunge review preview now uses original 3D character animation with fixed-length limbs and body-anchored muscle colors. Side form is the primary view; front alignment and opposite-side views can be selected at the same playback position. Amber marks the working front quadriceps and glute; teal marks trunk and hip support. A full left-leg repetition and standing reset precede the right-leg repetition. Natural synthetic narration and captions explain the movement.
The character and motion are authored 3D animation with AI-assisted design, not native photoreal AI video or real-person footage. This updates the review preview only; it does not replace the 101 workout demonstrations or claim professional form approval. Client schema 21, saved plans, recorded workouts and the member agreement remain unchanged. The custom-plan announcement and its read preference are retained.
Corrected in 22.5.2
The lunge concept preview keeps one working leg through a complete repetition, pauses in standing and then shows the opposite leg. The fixed front view uses five consistent original AI poses with matched-pose animation; the return follows the same poses in reverse. The athlete is reflected only between complete repetitions, over an unchanged gym background. New narration and captions name the foot that stays planted.
This correction is limited to the review preview. It does not replace the 101 workout demonstrations or claim professional form approval. Client schema 21, saved plans, recorded workouts and the member agreement remain unchanged. The custom-plan announcement and its read preference are retained.
Corrected in 22.5.1
The lunge concept review clip now has a hosted preview page with a visible poster, standard playback controls and direct-file fallback. Its delivery file uses broadly supported video and audio encoding. This is a playback correction for the concept preview; it does not approve its motion or replace the workout demonstration library.
Client schema 21, the member agreement and recorded workouts remain unchanged. The custom-plan announcement and read preference are retained; this correction does not restart the meaningful-update introduction.
New in 22.5.0
- Your own weekly plan: choose Build my own, pick one to seven training weekdays and select the exercises for each day from a searchable movement library or add your own. Set repetitions or time, working sets, rest and exercise order.
- Help arranging the day: Organize this day places compound strength work before accessories, then core and cardio. It keeps the exercises and targets you chose. Review estimated duration and optional recovery guidance without silently moving your training days.
- Save the way you want: update the current custom plan, make a new plan active or keep it as a potential plan in Saved plans. Active and completed logs, earlier workout versions and other saved plans stay intact.
Client schema 21 protects authored weekly workouts from older tabs. Refresh open pages before saving. Custom recipes are private account data and stay out of generic administrative planning previews. Existing health limits, return-to-training adjustments and recovery feedback still apply; exercise organization is general guidance rather than medical clearance or a promise of an individually optimized program. No database migration, workout reset or new agreement signature is required.
New in 22.4.0
- The selected day stays selected: Today, Yesterday, a date field and a readable week strip make it easier to browse your schedule without moving sessions.
- Record what happened: add the activity you actually did on today or a past date, including actual minutes and optional distance in miles or kilometers. Correct a planned lift to yesterday’s run without replacing the whole plan.
- A working day editor: Change workout opens even for an existing log or a past day. Edit the prescription or choose a one-day replacement. Matching movement results remain attached to their movements.
- Earlier versions: a changed saved day retains its prior log privately for review. These snapshots are not additional completed sessions and do not count twice in Progress.
Client schema 20 protects private earlier versions from older tabs. Refresh open pages before saving. Existing saved plans, unrelated days, health records, original demonstration assets and signed agreement receipts remain available; no database migration or record reset is required. Recording past activity is not medical clearance or a recommendation to ignore current restrictions. Physical-device layout and native playback remain unverified.
New in 22.3.0
- Personal milestones: choose a race or activity distance, a strength goal with target repetitions and optional load, or a consistency target. Available in personal setup and Profile, with an optional date. Weight goals remain optional, and each saved plan keeps its own private milestone.
- A timeline guided by actual ability: future automatic training accounts for a goal date with base work, preparation, a lighter lead-in and recovery guidance. Completed training and recovery determine progression; a deadline never forces an event distance, target lift or catch-up training. Reaching a date does not record an event as completed.
- Clear adult eligibility and guidance: first-time setup asks for adult confirmation before medical details. Known minors do not receive adult workout recommendations. About and Exercise guidance explain inherent exercise risks, professional advice, artificial intelligence (AI) limitations and retained legal rights. Self-reported details do not establish identity or medical clearance.
- Preserved records: saved plans, started workouts and completed results remain intact. Private goal data stays out of ordinary shared training summaries.
Refresh open tabs before saving. Client schema 19 protects the new private milestone fields from older clients. No database migration or workout reset is required. The member agreement and its existing receipt remain unchanged; this guidance does not claim to replace legal review. This meaningful milestones update has its own introduction, shares the existing once-per-local-day cap and stops reminders after reading until another meaningful update.
New in 22.2.0
- Preferred activity by weekday: choose running, walking, weight training, cycling, swimming, rowing or mobility, or follow your regular plan. Future unstarted automatic sessions account for those choices, current goals and limits, equipment and recorded training history. Regular training styles and saved plans stay available.
- Modified plans with a consult warning: routine pelvic and abdominal recovery selections use easier, low-impact programming and selected movement limits instead of unnecessarily pausing all recommendations. Important medical safety holds remain; this does not give medical clearance or prescribe rehabilitation.
- Your records stay yours: choosing an activity does not log it as completed. Started workouts and recorded results stay intact.
This meaningful update has its own introduction and shares the existing once-per-local-day cap. Reading it stops reminders until another meaningful update. Refresh open tabs before saving. The member agreement remains unchanged.
Updated in 22.1.1
Original artificial intelligence (AI) illustrations of adult women appear for a saved Female profile across Home, training styles, starting phases, information cards and workout previews. Saved profile changes update this still artwork without changing the selected plan, set targets or recorded results.
Private storage, client schema 17 and the member agreement remain unchanged. No database migration or record reset is required. This visual personalization keeps the existing Profile announcement and read preference; it does not restart reminders for people who have already read that update.
New in 22.1.0
- Private stats in Profile: find age, current recorded weight and an optional target together. Add a manual weight check-in without a wearable, and edit personal details without rebuilding the training plan. Recorded measurements and the original baseline remain intact.
- Optional date of birth: Training calculates current age from a saved date of birth and shows a birthday greeting inside the app. Age remains available for people who prefer not to share a birth date. The date stays with private personal setup, excluded from admin views and independent AI/MCP access, which is disabled.
- Simpler Health: a concise overview comes first, with optional detail sections for check-ins, activity, measurements and recovery. Important warnings remain visible.
Private storage, client schema 17, existing workout records and the member agreement remain unchanged. No database migration, record reset or automatic plan rebuild is required. This meaningful workflow update has its own introduction. It shares the existing once-per-local-day cap with earlier updates; reading it stops reminders until another meaningful update.
Corrected in 22.0.1
Current recovery and movement restrictions are checked across saved workout prescriptions, previews and new trials. Broader abdominal exercise-name recognition helps apply selected limits consistently. A saved draft that needs review retains its recorded results while unsupported logging is paused; the member can review health answers or update the remaining workout. Completed session records stay unchanged.
These are conservative checks based on the member’s selected restrictions and current guidance needs. They do not prescribe abdominal or pelvic rehabilitation, give medical clearance or assume that every person recovering after childbirth has identical limits. Follow individual professional guidance for symptoms or recovery.
Client schema 17, private intake storage and the member agreement remain unchanged. No database migration or record reset is required. This correction keeps the existing personal-intake announcement and read preference; it does not restart reminders for people who have already read that update.
New in 22.0.0
- Personal setup first: members without a completed intake enter their own goals, ability, schedule, equipment and relevant health limits before opening training. New accounts use a neutral starting state rather than the owner’s routine or inventory.
- Inclusive choices: pregnancy and post-birth recovery, abdominal and pelvic symptoms, menopause, prostate health, injuries and surgery are part of a curated health screen. All choices remain available regardless of sex, with conservative activity limits and professional review where appropriate. The app does not diagnose a condition or prescribe rehabilitation.
- Activity-specific goals: strength and muscle building are joined by running, swimming, cycling, rowing, walking and mobility. Targets start from current activity and experience; sex does not set lifting weights.
- Weight goals and actual records: choose Weight management and an optional target weight. Health shows your original setup baseline, latest saved weight with its date and source, recorded change, completed sessions, logged minutes and latest cardio result. Manual check-ins work without a wearable. Update goals and health from Health or Profile. These records do not estimate fat loss, prescribe a diet or change your starting baseline when you edit your profile.
- A clearer workout: optional explanations and coaching open when requested, while important warnings and logging validation remain visible.
- Preserve what is yours: existing members can keep their plan or explicitly build a new one. Completed and draft workouts, saved plans, medical records and logged results are preserved. Intake answers and unfinished drafts use the existing private encrypted storage and stay out of admin previews and default training history.
Client schema 17 prevents older tabs from silently stripping intake metadata. An older backup cannot erase a saved intake, and account export and deletion include these private records. No database migration or new member-agreement signature is required. This meaningful update has its own introduction, with the existing once-per-local-day limit; reading it stops reminders until another meaningful update.
New in 21.4.1
If you forgot to start the overall workout clock, marking a valid set as logged starts timing from that moment. The same behavior covers timed sets and independent workout logs; it does not estimate earlier exercise time. Opening a workout, typing results or trying to log an invalid set does not start a clock. Existing clocks are not reset, intentional pauses or stops are not resumed, and manually entered workout time is preserved. If another workout clock is running, it stays untouched and the valid set still saves.
Client schema 16, plan programming, recorded results and the member agreement remain unchanged. No migration or record reset is needed. This small workflow improvement appears in release notes without restarting the existing goal-programming introduction for people who have already read it.
Corrected in 21.4.0
- Goal and day purpose: automatic programming uses the selected goal, weekly schedule, training stage and available equipment. Muscle-focused push and pull sessions keep distinct roles. The requested movement count is an upper limit, so sessions can contain fewer useful exercises rather than unrelated padding.
- Purposeful conditioning: muscle-focused strength days do not automatically inherit unrelated high-intensity interval training (HIIT) finishers from an earlier Hybrid choice. A resistance goal sets the strength structure; explicitly selected HIIT and circuit modes remain available.
- Preserve deliberate choices: the update applies to newly generated and recognized, unstarted automatic workouts. Existing automatic snapshots refresh only when they match the prior generated workout exactly. Saved drafts, manual or combined sessions, independent trials, started workouts and completed or logged results are not rewritten. Older snapshots that cannot be identified safely retain their prescriptions.
This corrects workout composition. Version 21.3.1 corrected bodyweight logging and pull-up load inputs; it did not resolve the goal-based programming issue addressed here. Client schema 16 and the member agreement remain unchanged. No database migration or record reset is required. This substantive programming update has a new introduction, with the existing once-per-local-day limit; reading it stops reminders until another meaningful update.
Corrected in 21.3.2
Guidance spells out unfamiliar terms before using their abbreviations, including equipment, training and clinical-source names. For example, American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) is introduced in full so the source is recognizable. This is a wording correction: client schema 16, plan settings, recorded results and the member agreement are unchanged. The existing meaningful announcement and read preference remain in place; this patch does not restart the introduction.
Corrected in 21.3.1
- Bodyweight and band logging: record repetitions or time without an added-load field. Core movements such as dead bugs and reverse crunches no longer ask for pounds.
- Distinct pull-up variations: plain and assisted pull-ups have no added load. Basic and Foundation plans use bodyweight or assistance. Weighted pull-up is an explicit choice in the workout editor, not an automatic progression into added weight.
- Preserved records: previously recorded exercise names, weights and results stay saved. Historical weights remain readable even when the corrected movement no longer asks for load.
Refresh for the corrected controls. Client schema 16, saved plan data and the member agreement are unchanged. No database migration or record rewrite is required. This routine correction keeps the existing meaningful announcement; people who already read it are not prompted again.
New in 21.3.0
- Clearer activity labels: Other workouts means classes, trainer sessions or your own routine, indoors or outdoors. Adding one is a planning reminder, not a booking or completed workout.
- Upper-body push and pull focus: specify the emphasis of another upper-body workout. After saving a moderate or hard commitment, overlapping Training exercises on the same or adjacent days are capped at two working sets to leave room for that work.
- Exercise-specific Weight guides: read equipment, logging and relative-effort advice beside an exercise in your logger or plan preview. Existing earned progression can inform the displayed target; the guide never records unentered results or assigns fixed loads based on sex.
- Your plan remains yours: this release does not rewrite saved plans or recorded and in-progress workouts. Choose and save a change when you want to update your plan.
Refresh older tabs before saving. Client schema 16 preserves the optional upper-body emphasis alongside existing plan and activity metadata. No database migration, record reset or new agreement signature is required. The meaningful-update introduction follows the same daily limit: reading it stops reminders until another meaningful update.
New in 21.2.0
- Enhanced original demonstrations: the blue-figure exercise library is rebuilt in native 720p at 60 frames per second, with controlled transitions and exercise-specific equipment.
- Coaching through the movement: working and supporting muscle highlights follow the body. Phase checkpoints explain setup, movement control, bracing and the finish.
- Listen or read: original neural synthetic narration and synchronized captions accompany the demonstrations, with a readable transcript. Replay, playback speed and fullscreen support closer review.
- Illustrated plan choices: selected training styles and phases have original pictures, short descriptions and detailed Info. Workout preferences follow the style; equipment comes before weekly day choices. Full picture galleries open when requested.
- Simple travel dates: add a From/Through range and location or activity. Dates without an exception use your usual location. Outside Pilates reserves class time and adjusts nearby Training sessions. Unknown equipment warns you and uses a no-equipment fallback until confirmed; saved logs are preserved.
- Clearer visual hierarchy: richer blue and teal accents distinguish sections and selections. Original artwork appears on Home and in style and phase choices.
- Your own workout stays yours: demonstration timing explains movement; it does not replace prescribed repetitions, running goals or rest, and it does not alter the workout clock.
These are original digital illustrations with no third-party human footage. Muscle highlights show intended effort, not guaranteed sensations or permission to push through pain. They are general form guidance, with no claim of individual clinical or professional approval. Saved plans, logged results, health records and account access remain unchanged. Refresh older tabs before saving. Client schema 15 preserves dated outside-activity metadata and usual-location defaults. Existing plans, logged sessions and the current member agreement are retained; no database migration or record reset is needed.
New in 21.1.0
- Your current plan comes first: Plan opens your active routine and upcoming week. Customize current plan updates that same plan. Change plan opens a saved option or starts a new plan.
- A simple editor: start with Customize current plan or Create new plan. New plans ask whether to become active or stay as a potential plan. Optional equipment, preferences and previews open only when you need them.
- Saved options and archives: Saved plans in the menu keeps alternatives away from your daily plan. Compare settings and workouts, switch, archive, restore or delete inactive plans. Delete all inactive plans keeps your active plan and recorded sessions.
- Feedback that changes upcoming training: after a completed workout, Ready allows earned progress, Keep this level holds familiar targets, and Ease back reduces working sets and timed work for seven days or until a newer completed check-in. Responses remain editable after completion. Existing logs, outside sessions and fixed benchmark formats are preserved.
- Run longer when you choose: continuous running exercises show the recommendation and today’s goal. Choose more minutes or Add 5 min. This changes your countdown target; actual time and distance still require logging.
Refresh open tabs before saving. Client schema 14 preserves archive status and feedback-adjustment metadata. Existing plans, logged sets, source plan labels, health records and earlier independent-session logs stay saved. No database migration, workout reset or new agreement signature is required. The meaningful-update introduction explains these new capabilities; reading it stops reminders until another meaningful update.
Maintenance in 21.0.2
The video player supports reviewed captions and spoken-coaching transcripts, including a readable transcript when captions or playback fail. Footage generated with artificial intelligence (AI) can retain its original generation record after narration, muscle highlights and delivery encoding are added. At that release, no original AI motion clips were published; written technique guides remained available. Version 21.2.0 adds enhanced original digital illustrations. This maintenance update does not change saved plans, recorded workouts or the meaningful-update introduction.
Corrected in 21.0.1
Human footage is withdrawn from workout, preview and trial players. The original-only video registry has no published clips yet. Written setup, form, common-mistake, intended-muscle and movement-checkpoint guidance remains available; original AI clips require review before playback. Weekly planning, saved plans, recorded workouts and clinical references remain unchanged. Routine corrections do not restart the update introduction.
New in 21.0.0
The human-footage policy described in this historical entry was superseded by the original-only policy in 21.0.1.
- Your exact Training weekdays: choose one to seven app-planned days. Your selected training style, stage and equipment still guide the sessions.
- Your whole week counts: add outside Pilates, yoga, trainer sessions and other activities with expected effort. Training adjusts its own sets and conditioning around these commitments; outside sessions remain provided by your class or trainer.
- A two-day home plan: choose Monday and Tuesday for Training, then add Wednesday Pilates, Thursday with your trainer and Friday yoga. Review the week before saving.
- Plans and records stay yours: each named plan can keep its own weekly choices. Changes apply to future unstarted programming; recorded and in-progress workouts remain intact.
- Pilates ball: saved under Core, mobility & accessories, with an original illustration and an honest Inventory only label.
- Human form demonstrations: generated animations have been withdrawn from workout, preview and trial players. Matching reviewed footage of real people supports slow playback; unmatched exercises keep their written guides.
- Clinical reference sources: About explains general recommendations. Recovery guidance documents freely accessible National Health Service (NHS), American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) and comparable clinical sources, with provider ownership and individual clinician review retained.
Refresh older tabs before saving. New weekly metadata is optional in stored records, but expanded day choices and the required save contract need client schema 13. Older schema-12 tabs cannot safely write these fields and receive a refresh conflict. There is no database migration, record reset or new agreement signature. Existing plans keep their schedule until you choose and save a change.
Weekly planning, preservation, equipment, release and Help verification are pending for this release. Production build and publication remain separate gates; physical iPhone/Safari layout remains unverified.
New in 20.3.0
The generated demonstrations described in this historical entry were withdrawn from workout players in 21.0.0. At that release, players used original written guides and no verified replacement AI video had been published. Version 21.2.0 adds enhanced original digital illustrations.
- Anatomical Form Studio: sculpted blue demonstrations show amber main-muscle and teal bracing/support highlights that follow the moving body.
- Review the details: phase-specific cues update with playback. Use slow review or choose a demonstrated phase to pause there for inspection.
- Keep your own targets: highlights show intended effort and control, not guaranteed sensations. Demo timing explains form rather than prescribing repetitions, duration or rest.
- A meaningful new introduction: this capability can appear after you read the earlier plan/logging update. The same daily limit and read/unread choices apply; routine patches still do not trigger it.
- Your plans stay yours: current/inactive programming, recorded workouts, account access and the member agreement remain compatible. No database migration or record reset is required.
These original illustrations are not individualized coaching or clinical approval. Rendered-player, encoded-media, TypeScript and production checks remain publication gates; physical-device playback is unverified.
New in 20.2.1
- The update introduction is offered at most once per local day, on your first eligible Home visit.
- No thanks leaves the announcement unread for a later day. See updates or opening the notes stops reminders until another meaningful announcement.
- Only owner-selected substantial capabilities and workflow improvements qualify. Software versions, routine patches and cosmetic changes do not reset the prompt.
- Plans and recorded history remain intact. The browser remembers only a public announcement identifier, day and read preference.
Historical notes describe the capabilities and verification limits at each release. Earlier plan and trial workflows may have been replaced; current choices are described above. An earlier import or connection option does not imply that a provider is currently connected.
New in 20.2.0
- Release notes, within reach: a release-notes button at the top of Home opens practical highlights grouped as New Feature, Fixed Capability and Modified Capability, with actions to the relevant screen.
- An optional introduction: after refreshing to the update, choose See updates or No thanks. You can return to the notes from Home.
- Know when it arrived: each highlight shows the version that introduced it. Named plans and trials arrived in 20.0.0; running units and the compact workout clock arrived in 20.1.0.
This update adds release guidance. Your saved plans, workout history and member agreement remain intact.
New in 20.1.0
- A clock beside your work: the compact workout clock starts above the set logger and stays visible as you scroll through it. Its context follows the set you select, without moving your input focus.
- Targets look like targets: suggested values are gray placeholders; your recorded results are darker. Entered zero loads remain visible.
- Clear completion checks: missing weight/reps, time or running distance are named for that movement. Clearing a required result unchecks that set. Partial and time-only workouts remain available after confirmation.
- Miles or kilometers: choose either unit in the continuous-run log. Switching units changes only the display; Progress and saved distance retain miles.
- Your plans stay yours: this update does not replace programming, change your active plan or rewrite completed history. Trial workouts get the same logging controls.
Client schema 12, saved plans, account access and the member agreement remain compatible. Refresh for the new interface; no record reset or database migration is required. Automated logging and preservation checks passed; physical phone layout remains unverified.
New in 20.0.0
This historical entry describes the previous plan and trial workflow. Version 21.1.0 replaces trial creation with a simple current/new plan editor and Saved plans. Earlier session logs remain in History.
- Keep more than one plan: name your current baseline, create alternatives in Training plan, and compare settings and seven days of actual workouts.
- Try before switching: log an alternative workout as a separate trial, even on a day with an existing workout. Your baseline and recorded work stay saved.
- A useful preview: choose a date and session, review warm-up, sets, targets, rest and form guidance, then use it on that day or open the exact workout as a trial.
- Know which plan you used: workout screens, History, Progress and the comma-separated values (CSV) history export show recorded plan names and distinguish trials. Later renames do not change recorded labels. Earlier workouts without a recorded source are labeled accordingly.
- High-intensity interval training (HIIT) in one place: choose intervals or mixed-movement circuits, with the original session library under HIIT.
- Protected personal records: saved plan collections, trial sessions and plan labels use account-bound encryption and are excluded from administrative views and default ChatGPT history. Your health settings remain shared across plans.
Trial work contributes to your recorded history and Progress; it does not increase the baseline’s automatic load suggestions. Refresh older tabs for the new save format. No history reset, new agreement signature or database migration is required.
New in 19.4.0
- A complete welcome: clearer product guidance, connection requirements and links to privacy, permissions and your data.
- Consistent screens: refined type, spacing, cards, primary actions, keyboard focus and mobile controls across Training.
- Connections that explain themselves: loading and failures have recovery actions, working accounts emphasize useful actions, and unavailable providers are clearly labeled.
- Drafts stay with you: moving between pages preserves unfinished profile and feedback edits. Delayed saves no longer clear newer typing.
- Dependable recovery: provider requests stop waiting indefinitely, interrupted save responses recover safely, and Apple health/workout uploads handle simultaneous arrivals.
- Better navigation: linked views, browser Back/Forward, skip-to-content, loading states and useful empty search results.
Your saved history, account access and member agreement remain unchanged. This is the website and installable Home Screen experience; physical phone and external provider checks remain separate from automated verification.
New in 19.3.0
- Simpler Apple Health setup: choose Connect Apple Health and follow the short iPhone guide. No shortcut setup or repeated ZIP imports are needed.
- Continue where you stopped: unfinished phone setup can resume without replacing a working connection. Confirm only the health-reading or workout part you still need.
- Clear everyday status: the website and Home Screen app share your received readings. Connected and Last updated reflect data that actually reached Training.
- Requirements up front: Health Auto Export is a separate iPhone app. Automatic updates require its paid Premium plan after the trial and your chosen Health permissions; iOS controls timing.
Existing workout and health records stay intact. An additive database migration protects resumable setup with account-bound encryption. Real iPhone background delivery remains unverified.
New in 19.2.0
- One shared connection: use the same Training account on the website and Home Screen app. Both show the same received health records and last upload.
- Start on a computer: scan the Training QR code to finish setup on your iPhone. The QR contains only a sign-in page address, with no upload token or account information.
- Earlier shortcut option: version 19.2 offered a manual Training Health Sync shortcut. Version 19.3 removes those controls in favor of the simpler automatic connection guide.
- Verify real uploads: the connection dialog checks incoming records when you return. Opening an external app or returning from a shortcut never means a successful upload by itself.
Automatic uploads remain available without the optional shortcut. Health reads run on your authorized iPhone; iOS controls background timing. Existing records, provider authorizations, client schema 11 and the agreement stay compatible.
New in 19.1.0
- Apple Health automatic uploads: connect an iPhone health bridge once, then receive supported readings without exporting ZIP files. Health Auto Export is a separate app and may require purchase; iOS controls background timing. Training shows the last upload and waits for actual data before reporting sync.
- COROS automatic updates: authorize your account once. Training checks for new readings every 15 minutes while open and saves them automatically. Existing connections can enable automatic updates. Closed-page COROS polling is not configured.
- Safer live updates: incoming health data updates your dashboard without discarding unsaved workout edits. Oura remains temporary display only.
- Accurate integration statuses: approvals, application setup and actual account connections are shown separately. No new provider approval or account connection is implied.
- Phone resume checks: returning to Training checks for an available safe update; active workouts and unsaved edits remain protected.
Existing workout logs, client schema 11 and confidentiality agreement remain compatible. One-time provider authorization and iPhone permissions are still required.
New in 19.0.0
- Install Training: Profile offers phone installation. On iPhone/iPad, use Safari’s Add to Home Screen option; Android offers an install action when the browser supports it. Your account and records still require an internet connection.
- Updates on your terms: the app offers an explicit update when ready. It avoids reloading while your workout clock is running or changes are unsaved. The offline screen asks you to reconnect and contains no private records.
- Original Functional Fitness sessions: eight original themes adapt to the chosen date, equipment, time, training stage and movement count, with dedicated core and your saved medical restrictions. Recorded workouts, historical benchmark scores and personal programming remain intact.
- Your data and account: Profile offers an export and deliberate account deletion. Type the confirmation and acknowledge its effect. Current app records and saved wearable credentials are removed; separate signed beta agreements and hosting backups follow their stated retention boundaries. The owner account requires controlled ownership/site handling.
- Clear provider status: deletion and disconnect tell you when provider-side permission removal could not be confirmed. An authentication error is no longer presented as confirmed revocation.
Installation/privacy, original-session, account-isolation/deletion, late-write and existing menu/Settings/NDA checks pass; a successful production build is required before publication. Real iPhone/Safari installation and native device behavior remain unverified.
Training remains a fitness beta. Clinical approval and HIPAA compliance have not been established. Health privacy explains the hosting restriction on HIPAA-defined PHI. Account deletion guide · Original session approach.
New in 18.1.0
- Swipe to open: on your phone, swipe right from the left side of the page to open the menu. The extreme 20-pixel left edge stays reserved for your browser’s back gesture.
- Swipe to close: swipe left on the open menu. The menu button, close button, outside tap, keyboard and Settings controls remain available.
- Keep scrolling naturally: direction checks distinguish a horizontal swipe from a vertical scroll. Inputs, video controls, horizontally scrolled areas, dialogs, multiple touches and cancelled gestures do not initiate menu gestures.
Version 18.1.0 adds compatible functionality: MINOR 1, PATCH 0 and MAJOR 18 unchanged. Client schema 11 and NDA terms version 2026-10-12.1 remain unchanged. Refresh to load the gestures; no new agreement acceptance, database migration or workout reset is required.
Rendered gesture and drawer/Settings checks and TypeScript pass. A successful production build is required before publication. Actual iPhone/Safari rendering and native gestures remain unverified.
New in 18.0.0
- Review, sign and start: new and existing testers see a short beta confidentiality agreement after signing in. Enter your name and explicitly confirm the agreement, adulthood and electronic signature. Declining signs out and preserves your saved records.
- Your signed copy stays saved: Profile shows who signed, the account, agreement version and acceptance time. View or download the exact accepted terms and receipt. Current unsigned terms are downloadable before signing.
- Owner acceptance records: Admin shows each member’s agreement status and authorized signed-copy download. The configured owner account is exempt; other members cannot view your receipt.
- Protected on the server: access to the app, application programming interface (API) and integration tools requires current acceptance. Receipts retain the authenticated account, server time, full terms and document hash independently of workout saves and profile edits. Failed or stale signatures do not unlock access.
- Your records remain yours: existing members can export their own data and revoke provider connections without signing. Signing does not change workouts, progression, equipment or travel schedules.
The agreement protects prospective nonpublic beta material. It preserves public information, independent work, general fitness concepts, personal records, honest reviews and lawful disclosures. It does not guarantee ownership of an app idea or prevention of copying; attorney review has not been obtained.
MAJOR 18 marks the new consent access contract; MINOR and PATCH reset to 0. Client schema 11 is unchanged. NDA terms version 2026-10-12.1 is separate from software versioning. Refresh for the signing flow; no workout reset is required. Checks for signing, persistence, account isolation, API and Model Context Protocol (MCP) access, member profiles, administration and privacy pass; a successful production build is required before publication. Actual iPhone layout and streaming playback remain unverified.
New in 17.1.0
- A coherent week: automatic future regeneration removes duplicated postponed sessions and returns to your saved weekly split. Travel continuation keeps lower, upper, engine and recovery days distinct; variation changes no longer rotate an upper weekday into another leg day.
- Six movements plus abs: automatic 60-minute strength plans target six non-core strength movements with dedicated abdominal work. Warm-ups, abs and cardio finishers do not inflate the movement count. Shorter time targets use smaller defaults; available equipment and health exclusions still take priority.
- Adjust the overall plan: a visible 4–8 movement selector, explicit Automatic choice, weekly preview and estimated duration update future automatic workouts while preserving recorded and individually edited days. Later trips retain their locations and equipment.
- Honest time targets: estimated session time includes warm-up, work on both sides and prescribed rest. More movements can exceed your selected time budget; allow more time or reduce the count rather than rushing recovery.
Version 17.1.0 is a compatible feature release: MAJOR 17 and client schema 11 remain unchanged, MINOR increases to 1, PATCH resets to 0. Refresh to load the updated controls and programming. Recorded workouts remain intact. Actual iPhone layout and streaming playback still need on-device verification.
New in 17.0.0
- Four training locations: No equipment, Gym, Home and Travel. Gym has its own 36-item starter inventory, independent lifting preference and calendar dates.
- Choose your gym: search nine chain profiles and five published branch lists, including typo-tolerant suggestions. Named custom gyms remain editable. Chain starters and published types are labeled clearly; they are not a complete or live inventory. Confirm the actual equipment using the pictured list.
- Barbell variety: mixed workouts now include barbell main lifts during rebuild. Back/front squats and Romanian/conventional deadlifts rotate across sessions. Main compounds have full rest, available-equipment checks and medical exclusions; accessories and abdominal work remain.
- Exact front-squat video: a new original 48 fps front-rack demonstration brings the library to 94 animations and all 105 required specific exercise names.
- Safe saved plans: scoped lifting updates keep other locations, trips, recorded workouts and manual prescriptions. Older Gym calendars and machine-only back work use their actual inventory.
Refresh before saving: client schema 11 prevents older pages from erasing Gym data. Existing workout and health records remain intact. MAJOR 17 changes the supported save contract; MINOR/PATCH reset to 0. Programming, inventory, source-search, UI, privacy/revision and media checks pass; real iPhone/Safari rendering and streaming remain unverified.
New in 16.4.0
- Workout preview works: tap the full preview card to open an exercise and its form/video guide. Repeated taps reopen collapsed groups. Future and saved log fields remain read-only.
- Cleaner navigation: neutral white/gray menu items and page shortcuts with clear selection and focus. Section colors remain in the page content.
- Pictured choices: seven original generated workout covers and 98 individual equipment illustrations with short recognition descriptions. Equipment search also matches those descriptions; pictures remain part of native checkbox selection.
- Smoother form guides: 93 original blue-figure clips use 48 motion frames per second and smoother transitions. Setup, form and common-mistake tips sit beneath the video; choose playback speed without changing workout timing. Source and media records stay available in a disclosure.
- Page-flow corrections: Save plan clears mobile navigation through the tablet breakpoint, long integration actions wrap, and Restore backup is reachable by keyboard.
Artwork/equipment, preview/readonly, form/player, navigation, Health/Help and workout/timer interaction checks passed. Actual media hashes, 55,272 decoded frames and encoded pose samples verify all 93 animations; TypeScript passed. Compatible feature release: MINOR 4, PATCH 0, MAJOR 16 unchanged; schema 10 and your stored records remain supported. Refresh; no new migration or workout reset. Native mobile browser layout and streaming playback verification remain unavailable.
New in 16.3.0
- Follow what is next: workouts highlight the next exercise and set. Supersets follow movement order within each round. Go to next set moves to the exact controls when you choose.
- Cleaner mobile logging: inset cards, wrapping guides and responsive action rows keep fields and controls within narrow panels. Selected weekdays stay visible in the horizontal date strip.
- Next workout preview: finished, skipped and recovery days show the next scheduled training session with its date, equipment and target time.
- Device import actions: Apple Health and Garmin cards open the correct export guide. Apple ZIP/XML imports offer a recent-date window; Garmin TCX brings in available activity summaries. Files are processed locally, checked for integrity and previewed before explicit Save.
Integration emails rechecked October 11: Garmin still has no API approval and its new reviews remain paused. COROS confirmed its free production OAuth route; Ultrahuman technical answers remain pending. Automatic Apple Health sync needs a native iPhone bridge; the available route here is clearly labeled export/import.
Tests verify next-step order, focus/timer continuity, next-day previews, device setup routes, export integrity/date bounds/cancellation/retry, protected saves and existing core flows. TypeScript and production packaging passed; real-browser visual inspection remains unavailable. Refresh; no new migration or workout reset.
New in 16.2.1
- Colors separate sections: subtle blue, steel-blue and gray surfaces distinguish planning/setup, summaries, workout groups, health records and reference areas.
- Clearer selected states: navigation, setup selections and opened Help guides use consistent blue shades. Inputs and search fields remain white; the Today hero remains navy.
- Readable contrast: darker secondary text stays readable on the new shades. Calendar location colors and status warnings remain distinct.
Compatible visual correction: PATCH 1, MINOR 2 and MAJOR 16 unchanged. Saved workouts, health records and controls are retained. Refresh to load the colors. CSS/contrast checks, targeted interactions, TypeScript and production packaging verify this release; real-browser visual inspection remains unavailable.
New in 16.2.0
- Compact search: Help keeps its icon, text and Clear control in one row. Popular topics appear before typing; one mobile topic picker replaces wrapped filters. Opening Help does not force the keyboard.
- Predictive guides: up to five ranked suggestions appear as you type. Use arrows and Enter, or tap a suggestion, to open the guide. Its page action remains a separate choice.
- Spelling tolerance: partial queries and common typos find existing guides. A correction note keeps your original text visible; ambiguous terms stay literal. Searches remain on your device and do not generate clinical answers.
- Consistent search layout: equipment, injury and physical therapy (PT) reference, and health-record icon search fields also keep their horizontal layout.
Existing Help/Health navigation, predictive-search interaction and ranking tests, TypeScript and production packaging passed. Browser visual inspection remains unavailable. Your saved workouts and health records are preserved; no new migration or reset is required.
New in 16.1.0
- A cleaner workspace: airy headings, consistent spacing, academy gray/blue, flatter panels and a light sidebar. Training, Personal and Support groups make the existing pages easier to scan; your goal is available in a disclosure.
- Today comes first: Home opens with your workout, saved location and a clear action. Your week shows completed sessions and actual logged minutes. Resume-at-home and travel review follow the primary section.
- Calmer working screens: workout groups, plan previews, numeric Progress, Health, Help and account controls share restrained borders and readable hierarchy. Quick location switching, timers, original videos, two-month travel planning and health saves remain available.
- Better mobile navigation: consistent tablet/phone breakpoint, visible Settings, explicit menu close, keyboard focus containment, Escape return and resize recovery. Save status, privacy links and form inputs remain readable on narrow screens.
Compatible interface release: schema 10, encrypted records and your logged workouts remain intact. Refresh to load the new presentation; no reset or new migration is needed. Home, drawer/Settings, workout logging, timers, scheduling, health/Help, Progress and original videos pass targeted checks. CSS cascade/contrast, TypeScript and production packaging are verified; full browser visual inspection remains unavailable.
New in 16.0.0
- A calmer health page: Overview, Recovery and Records & devices. Four recovery readings show first, with dates and sources. Other measurements sit in compact groups.
- Find recovery help: search an ankle sprain, back pain or another sore area. Reviewed guidance and appropriate PT references appear together. Diagnosis codes and saved conditions stay behind optional disclosures. Postsurgical protocols require a relevant search or explicit inclusion.
- Adjust your plan: draft clinician instructions and movement exclusions, then Save workout adjustments. Enabled exclusions update unstarted workouts only after saving; recorded sessions remain intact.
- Keep your measurements: 21 supported measurements across recovery, activity, body, nutrition and vitals. Search all saved records by source/date; valid zero values appear. Check-ins, Oura previews and Apple/Garmin/JSON imports use acknowledged saves with retry. Partial reimports keep other saved values. Capacity limits reject additions instead of trimming history.
- Private records: account-bound AES-256-GCM encrypts health/medical records, body measurements and private session notes. Existing records migrate on your authenticated load. Admin views and default ChatGPT history exclude these private fields. Export/delete controls and health privacy details explain what is stored and shared.
Refresh older tabs before saving. Schema 10 is required to prevent old clients from erasing new health fields. There is no workout reset. Encryption failures preserve stored records and stop saving rather than discarding data.
Integration availability: Oura needs registered application setup and your authorization. Supported Apple XML and Garmin TCX exports work now. Garmin automatic sync, native phone bridges and a runtime health-plugin bridge remain unavailable; requesting a plugin does not activate sync.
HIPAA compliance has not been established. Encryption alone is insufficient. Host agreements, formal risk/operational assessment and applicable legal obligations need verified review. No clinician has approved the application or your personal rehabilitation plan.
Health domain, real Dashboard save/retry/concurrency, private-store migration/account-isolation, actual API privacy and existing Settings/Progress/Help regressions verify behavior. TypeScript and production packaging are release gates. Full browser visual inspection remains unavailable.
New in 15.3.0
- Performance in numbers: latest and best logged pounds, numeric chart scales, date/value readouts and complete lift results. The lift picker stays readable on phones.
- Running results: miles, actual running minutes, min/mi pace and mph speed, with distance/pace/speed charts and a clear run history. Averages are weighted by matching recorded miles and run time; lifting time and planned targets are excluded.
- Fill in missing details: choose Edit run beside a completed run to correct its actual miles and running minutes. Your completion, other sets, notes, whole-workout clock and other dates stay saved. Cancel, failed saves and conflicts preserve existing data.
- Honest history: missing values are shown as not recorded. Older unambiguous run-only time is retained when correcting mileage. Bodyweight work, sprint metres and older unidentified cardio distance are kept separate from weighted lift and continuous-running records.
Compatible feature release: schema 9 and stored workout history remain supported. No migration or data reset is required. A new Help guide explains the dashboard. Targeted metrics, rendered Dashboard/save-recovery regressions, TypeScript and production packaging verify this release; full browser visual inspection remains unavailable.
Fixed in 15.2.2
Settings & data now closes the mobile menu before opening. The dialog appears above navigation, and Done, the close button or Escape returns input control to the page. On phones, focus returns to the visible menu button. Opening Settings leaves workouts unchanged; preference changes preserve completed logs.
Updated in 15.2.1
Travel planning now shows two consecutive months at a time. Previous and Next move by two months, and the month picker still reaches any future date. Choose a trip’s first day, move to another page, then choose its last day: your range stays selected. Wider screens show the months side by side; phones show two compact stacked cards. Saved trips, equipment and workout logs are unchanged.
New in 15.2.0
- Simpler daily flow: Equipment and Travel dates open their sections directly. Skip day and Resume workout are above the workout. Continue or restart at home lets you choose the return date, with a single Skip this day & continue at home action. The saved day opens immediately. Entered sets, notes, timing, completed history and later trips stay saved; existing logs cannot be replaced.
- Fewer steps: Planning, Customize and Medical have section shortcuts. Advanced move/combine options and training background are collapsed. Applying a workout preview opens its saved day. Medical and PT references share a search. Future workouts remain previews until their date. If another tab changes your plan, Reload latest offers a clear recovery.
- Editable exercise countdowns: timed exercises start at the recommended seconds or minutes. Change 30 seconds to 60, then start, pause, resume or reset. Each-side holds time both sides separately. Later sets use your chosen duration while this workout is open. A finished countdown can fill actual time; you still choose when to log the set. Closing an exercise group keeps the countdown running. Exercise countdowns reset when leaving or reloading the workout; the whole-workout clock stays saved.
- One-tap daily equipment changes: choose Home, Travel or No equipment above the workout. The day’s focus stays the same; remaining exercises use your saved inventory. Entered sets, notes and workout timing stay saved. Use Refresh workout with saved equipment after a gear change to adapt remaining work even when the selected location stays the same. Longer trip planning and equipment management remain one click away.
- Abs stay in your plan: dedicated abdominal work remains in adaptive strength, functional and HIIT sessions, including shorter workouts. A visible Abs + core summary names the exercises. Your medical exclusions still take priority.
- 75 new original form animations: the blue-figure style from the hamstring heel walkout now covers squats, hinges, presses, pulling, core, carries and technical conditioning. The library contains 93 original animations and 180 unique clips overall.
- Every specific built-in movement: all 104 exercise names in the original-video audit default to an integrated original. The audit includes adaptive equipment combinations, home/travel/bodyweight plans, classic and split routines, and every preset benchmark alternative. Ordinary running, walking, cycling, elliptical, stairs and generic mobility remain outside the required-original scope.
- Equipment-specific demonstrations: dumbbell, barbell, band, kettlebell, support and machine options show their actual equipment. Representative machine setups and assistance options are labeled.
- Original animations throughout workout guides: players show the blue-figure illustrations exclusively. General cardio uses written activity cues. One shared original-video catalog request reduces repeated loading across exercises.
- Complete circuit guide: squat, incline push-up and marching components appear in one original video; follow your workout’s repetitions and timing. The double-under’s rope now rotates forward.
Encoded-media decode, file/hash checks, fixed-limb geometry and visual phase inspection are recorded with the videos. Original illustrations are not clinician- or coach-approved prescriptions. Unknown free-form custom names remain outside prerecorded coverage.
New in 15.1.0
- Searchable Help: 26 guides with numbered steps and direct actions to the relevant page or control. Open Help from the header or navigation.
- Professional rehabilitation library: 172 verified source-owned resources across five provider directories, with a dedicated search, body-area filters and complete result pagination.
- Private review export: download your next 14 days, saved medical limitations and movement exclusions for your clinician or coach. Actual professional approval remains pending.
- Eight new original movement animations: thruster, clean and jerk, snatch, double-under, handstand push-up, pike push-up, marching knee raise and sit-up. The library now has 105 unique clips, including 18 original illustrations; 102 are eligible for automatic matching. All 80 generated adaptive movement names and generated optional benchmark names have an integrated exact or labeled-reference video.
- Medical filtering corrections: explicit restrictions now cover clean/snatch movement patterns and walking/stair calf loading. Active logs remain preserved; review them against current restrictions.
Included from 15.0.0
- Separate saved home/travel equipment, categorized inventory search, five visible calendar months and multiple named trip ranges, with navigation as far ahead as needed.
- Unstarted workouts rebuild for scheduled locations and equipment. Recorded history informs return-session adjustments.
- Persistent workout start/pause/stop clock alongside set-rest timing, plus easier continue-at-home and restart-at-Rebuild controls.
- Hybrid training and expandable previews for each workout style, matched to the selected date, equipment and current stage.
- Medical owns health records, clinician notes and explicit exclusions. Larger controls and cleaner gray/blue planning surfaces.
Coverage and review status
The condition search contains 37,736 official musculoskeletal/injury code entries, including body-side, encounter and subtype variants. These are not 37,736 unique common injuries or PT plans. The 172 rehabilitation resources include procedure/provider and HTML/handout versions. Source-owned protocols open on provider sites; they are not automatically assigned to workouts.
Programming is compared with published professional guidance. No doctor, physical therapist or qualified coach has signed off on the application or your individual plan. Use the review export for that assessment. Original animations explain movement phases; they are not individualized rehabilitation prescriptions.
Garmin API reviews remain paused and require an individualized company-domain email. A matching mailbox requires an owned company domain and mail-hosting access. Branding awaits the owner's selection. No new provider approval or live sync is implied.
TypeScript, targeted domain and rendered-component checks, full video decoding, visual pose review and the production build verify this release. Full browser layout and streaming playback verification remains outstanding.
