Tactical Human Optimization, Rapid Rehabilitation and Reconditioning (THOR3) and Ranger Athlete Warrior (RAW) inform a broad approach to physical preparation: strength, endurance, movement quality and recovery. Training brings compatible ideas into its independent RAW-inspired options.

Select what is actually there

Confirm your gym’s equipment. A tactical gym label does not assume that every machine, attachment or training space is available.

Build around your purpose

Choose your own exercises or generate a plan. Relevant equipment widens your choices while your level, session focus and recovery still guide the work.

Open the form guide

See setup, movement and common mistakes for the selected variation. Ask gym staff to demonstrate unfamiliar machines, anchors and safety stops.

Use more of your gym.

Selected equipment can support more choices in your custom days and appropriate RAW-inspired recommendations.

Each exercise keeps its equipment requirements. A ladder climber is different from a stair climber; a landmine needs its attachment and bar. More equipment does not mean every session needs more exercises.

What the sources tell us

These are independent recommendations informed by public material. No publicly verifiable universal 2026 THOR3 workout plan or complete equipment list for every facility was found.

THOR3 and RAW: the connection

THOR3 supports Army special-operations human performance. RAW is the 75th Ranger Regiment’s separately documented program. Both describe coordinated physical preparation and professional support. The app uses compatible training themes without presenting itself as either official program.

Current unit programs and older public plans

The public 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne) site describes eight-week training cycles. Its actual operator/enabler plans require unit assignment and authorized BridgeTracker access. Those private plans were not accessed or copied.

The public six-, ten- and fourteen-week preparation documents contain useful examples of equipment and training components. They are historical materials, including older fitness tests, rather than a verified 2026 revision. Their maximal sets and loaded-march percentages are not automatic starting targets in Training.

Equipment setup and written guidance

Training’s setup, form and common-mistake cues are original short guidance. Each exercise links its relevant source; when the source covers a general movement principle, the added variation is identified. Follow the manual and placard for the actual model in your gym.

Recovery and specialist equipment

THOR3 rehabilitation involves qualified clinicians. Selecting equipment does not create medical clearance or a rehabilitation prescription. Blood-flow restriction, reduced-gravity running and diagnostic equipment are excluded from these automatic workout choices. Follow your clinician’s current limits and get coaching for an unfamiliar lift.
