EXERCISE GUIDANCE

Choose what is right for your body.

Training offers general fitness recommendations for adults 18 and older. You decide whether to take part. Exercise carries inherent risks, including injury, even when you follow instructions.

Follow professional guidance first

Plans, health filters and educational recovery references are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, medical clearance or a personalized physical therapy prescription. A warning or an available plan does not establish that an activity is safe for you.

For a medical condition, injury, recent surgery, pregnancy, postpartum recovery or rehabilitation need, ask a qualified medical professional, physiotherapist or physical therapist about suitable movements, effort and progression. Your treating clinician’s current restrictions take priority over every app recommendation. Do not use the app to bypass those restrictions.

Make each session your choice

Give accurate, current information about your ability and limitations, and update it when your circumstances change. Age, birthdate, height, weight and health details are self-reported; they do not verify identity or provide medical clearance.

Choose a manageable load, pace and range of motion. Use suitable, properly maintained equipment in a clear space, and follow its instructions. Get qualified instruction or a spotter when needed; do not attempt an unfamiliar or unsafe movement because it appears in your plan. You can reduce, replace, skip or stop an exercise.

Know when to stop

Stop exercising and seek emergency medical help for chest pain, severe trouble breathing, fainting, or sudden weakness or numbness. Use your local emergency number.

Stop a movement that causes pain or new or worsening symptoms and seek appropriate professional advice before continuing. During abdominal or pelvic recovery, this includes abdominal bulging or doming, pelvic pressure, or urine leakage. An app cannot assess these symptoms or clear you to continue.

Use demonstrations as a guide

Artificial intelligence (AI) generated illustrations, videos, narration and written cues may contain errors, including inaccurate movement or body positioning. They cannot check your technique or replace qualified supervision. Do not copy a movement that conflicts with professional advice or feels unsafe.

Links to freely accessible health publications are educational references. Their authors do not provide individual care through Training or endorse your generated plan.

Goals are a direction, not a guarantee

Weight, strength, fitness and event targets help shape recommendations. Outcomes and timelines vary with your starting point, health, recovery and other circumstances. Training does not guarantee weight change, a race time, readiness for an event or any other result. A target date is not a reason to train through symptoms or rush progression.

Your legal rights remain

This guidance explains exercise risks and the limits of the service. The separately accepted workout safety agreement includes an assumption of risk and a limited ordinary-negligence release where lawful. Neither document excludes responsibilities or rights that cannot lawfully be waived. It cannot cover every individual situation or replace personalized professional advice.
