ABOUT TRAINING

A routine that fits your life.

Plan your week, follow a session and record what you actually did. Training brings your equipment, preferences and workout history into one personal space.

Your plan. Room to adjust.

Choose the days you want Training to plan and include the classes, sport or trainer sessions you already do. Compare saved plans, try another routine and adapt future workouts while keeping your recorded sessions.

Workouts are starting recommendations. Your ability, recovery, chosen equipment and professional instructions matter when deciding what to do.

Recovery guidance you can trace.

Recovery uses original short summaries and direct links to freely accessible National Health Service (NHS), orthopaedic and hospital resources. Each condition guide and physical therapy (PT) reference names its provider and opens the relevant source. There is no Training subscription or payment to read those linked materials.

Provider publications remain on their own websites under their own copyright terms. A free reference is not a personalized treatment prescription or an endorsement of Training. Ask your clinician which exercises, precautions and recovery stage apply to you.

Your records stay yours.

Each signed-in member has a separate profile, plans and workout logs. Health information and clinician instructions have their own privacy and data controls.

Nutrition & meal prep

Optional Nutrition planning offers original breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes, dietary and ingredient filters, estimated meal budgets, grocery lists and separate prepared/eaten records. Eating approaches have evidence and restriction labels; none is presented as best for everyone. Plans use your selected goals and recorded training as context, without calculating a medical diet or promising a weight outcome. Actual product labels, religious certification, food handling and clinical needs still require appropriate checks. Read the nutrition sources and planning limits.
