Wearable connections: coming soon

Updated October 27, 2026

All live wearable connections and automatic imports are currently disabled while their application programming interface (API) connections, permissions and reliability are reviewed. This includes Apple Health uploads, COROS, Oura and Garmin. A saved authorization, an older app page or an existing phone automation cannot enable a new import.

Explore the integration roadmap and vote. Voting requests a priority; it does not authorize access to a device, create a connection or promise a launch date.

Your existing records

Previously saved readings remain in your private account with their original dates and sources. You can continue to add personal check-ins, export records and explicitly delete records. Your workout plan and history are preserved. No wearable is required to use Training.

Previously authorized devices

Existing authorization records are retained securely for account management. They are not being used to fetch new measurements. Remove Training from the provider’s connected-app settings to revoke permission there. If you previously created Training automations in Health Auto Export, remove or disable them in that app to stop attempted sends; Training rejects uploads while integrations are disabled. Account deletion still removes saved credentials and requests provider revocation where possible, reporting any unconfirmed revocation.

Storage and access

Saved health records and medical details use authenticated encryption in account storage and remain excluded from ordinary administrative reports, coach monitoring and independent AI/MCP access, which is disabled tools. Existing access, export and deletion controls remain available. Provider credentials are encrypted separately and are never included in a public feedback post or integration vote.

Before a future release

A connection will be offered only after required provider access, terms review, implementation, authorization, repeat synchronization and revocation tests are completed. Training will explain the actual data accessed, permissions, storage, companion-app requirements and limitations before a member chooses to connect.
