The clips labeled “Training · original illustration” are original, procedural animations created for this application. They have been withdrawn from instructional playback.
The movements were constructed with original rendering code and checked against the exercise descriptions linked below. Those organizations did not create, review, sponsor, or endorse these animations. Their original images and videos were not used.
Anatomical Form Studio
The refreshed blue-athlete demonstrations use original anatomical rendering and exercise-specific movement paths. Amber highlights main-effort muscle regions; teal highlights bracing and support. The colors follow the illustrated body and identify intended effort, not a guaranteed feeling. The former animation phase cues and highlights are no longer shown for these clips in the workout player. Demonstration timing explains form; follow your own workout targets.
Original Form Studio collections
The original library contains 94 clips. Equipment and supported options are labeled; machine diagrams illustrate a representative setup.

Follow the cues for the exercise selected in your plan. The animation does not prescribe a load, repetition target, range of motion, or rehabilitation program for your individual condition. Move within a comfortable range and stop if the movement causes pain.
