These silent Form Studio animations were created for this Training application from original drawing code and joint rigs. No third-party video, audio, photographs, diagrams or logo artwork is included. The original media is used within this application, including its commercial offering.

Coaching and exercise-provider pages linked in the video credits informed the movement checks. Those pages and their media remain with their respective owners; their inclusion is not an endorsement of this application.

These are schematic movement references, not motion capture or personalized rehabilitation prescriptions. No individual clinician or coach approval is claimed. Follow your prescribed workout and any limitations set by your clinician.

The one-arm row uses the free hand on the front thigh and shows both arms. The reverse fly uses a standing hip hinge; these variations require only dumbbells. The assisted pull-up shows the labeled band-assisted option. Check equipment and rated anchors before use.
