Archived · withdrawn from workout players in 21.0.0. These procedural animations are retained only as historical source and license records. They are not current form recommendations. Training now uses original written coaching. Human footage is also withdrawn from instructional playback in 21.0.1; no verified original AI replacement is currently published.
These four silent clips were created for Training using an original parametric three-dimensional joint rig, geometric shapes and text. No third-party video, photographs, audio, motion capture or source-page imagery is incorporated. They can be used as application media on this site, including a paid version. No Creative Commons or public-domain license is claimed for these original assets; standalone redistribution is not offered.
The animations intentionally slow and separate movement phases. Their timing is illustrative, not a lifting tempo. The barbell clean and jerk demonstrates a full squat clean followed by a split jerk. The barbell snatch demonstrates a full squat snatch. The double-under shows two forward rope passes beneath the feet during each jump. Returns to the floor illustrate a light training load; handling heavy loads and missed lifts requires in-person instruction.
Technique descriptions were compared with the primary coaching references below. The source organizations have not reviewed, approved or endorsed the application or these animations. An animation cannot assess your technique, diagnose an injury, prescribe rehabilitation or establish that an exercise is appropriate for you. Learn technical lifts with a qualified coach and follow your clinician's restrictions.
