Original core and conditioning movement illustrations

Archived · withdrawn from workout players in 21.0.0. These procedural animations are retained only as historical source and license records. They are not current form recommendations. Training now uses original written coaching. Human footage is also withdrawn from instructional playback in 21.0.1; no verified original AI replacement is currently published.

These silent animated illustrations were created for Training with original procedural drawing code. They contain no third-party footage, photographs, audio, captured motion or reproduced source instructions. The application may display them within its workout guidance, including in a paid service.

The blue figures are schematic illustrations rather than recordings of an athlete or clinician. Technical lifts are deliberately slowed to explain each phase, not to prescribe real-time lifting tempo. Follow your plan, use a light practice load, and learn technical lifts with an appropriately qualified coach.

Primary references informed movement phases and cues. Those organizations have not reviewed, endorsed or clinically approved these animations or an individual's workout. Follow clinician restrictions and stop a movement that causes pain. There is no Creative Commons grant or stock-media redistribution license.
