These silent movement illustrations were created for Training using original procedural drawing code. Their figures, equipment, poses, and animation contain no copied video, photographs, audio, or captured motion. They may be displayed within this application, including as part of a paid service.
The linked technique references informed the movement comparison. Their publishers have not reviewed, endorsed, or approved these illustrations or your individual workout. No separate stock-media redistribution license or Creative Commons grant is provided.
Each dumbbell, barbell, kettlebell, hex bar, suspension cradle, bench, and representative machine is identified in the illustration. Machines differ: use your machine's instructions and adjust the supports and pivot before loading. The illustrated kettlebell swing is a shoulder-height Russian swing shown slowly to explain its phases; the animation is not a required lifting tempo.
These schematic illustrations do not establish medical clearance or prescribe rehabilitation. Follow your clinician's limitations, use an appropriate load and controlled range, and stop movement that causes pain.
